Chiropractic and Kinesiology
A doctor of chiropractic looks for misalignments in the spine that could be causing nerve interference and decreasing the ability of a person's body to function optimally. With a thorough history, physical examination and (in some cases) digital x-rays, chiropractors correct the misalignments restoring proper communication between the brain and body.

Kinesiology is the study of the mechanics of body movement. Kinesiologist focus on improving flexibility, mobility and strength through exercise interventions. They use exercise and movement to help people recover from injuries and illnesses with the main goal of achieving the person's health and fitness goals.

Mason
I found CrossFit or functional training in 2014. I was immediately hooked because of the transformation it had on my fitness. It introduced a challenging and competitive aspect of fitness that’s hard to find at the gym. After the Military I enrolled in school to further my education and knowledge of physical training and the human body. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or the study of human body and it’s movement. My pursuit of understanding how the human body works and ways to improve physically will always continue. So much advancement is happening and I believe the best trainer/coach should always be prepared to give their client the greatest product.
