As we age, it is critical that we continue to develop and build muscle and strength.  Regular strength training enables us to maintain balance, preserve bone density and enjoy our independence. 


That is why we have developed our LEGENDS class.  The class is one day a week (Friday) at 10:30am where you can meet new friends and work together toward a common goal; a long and functional life.

We set you up for success.  All you have to do is show up.


Gives you access to one, coach-led, class per week.  


**Class is held on Fridays at 10:30am.
