On this page you will find the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit. Our goal for sharing these videos is to make newcomers more comfortable with beginning CrossFit and help established athletes become more proficient in their movements.
Learning these movements will allow you to understand and have the skills to perform any movement during a CrossFit workout. More importantly, studying these movements will aid in injury prevention, something that we take very serious at Evolved.
Remember, when practicing these movements, to begin with using a PVC pipe or a broomstick . These are functional movements; it is not about how much weight you move but how precise you perform the movement.
