I've been passionate about fitness since I was a child.  I played sports, gymnastics, dance, and pretty much anything to stay active.  I started CrossFit in 2019 and fell in love!  I noticed I had mobility restrictions with some of the movements, so I decided to take a few yoga classes to increase my flexibility and ROM.   I saw such amazing improvements in my movements and my workouts, that I decided I wanted to teach other athletes so they too could benefit too.

I love seeing people make improvements.  It's so rewarding to watch someone achieve something they've been working hard on.  My favorite person to coach is someone who comes in with an open mind and a willingness to learn, grow, and progress.
