I am a father and a husband who has always found a way to keep my fitness intact.  I started with team sports in high school, then became involved in individual sports including MMA and trail running.  I started CrossFit 5 years ago and continue to find it challenging and interesting. The workouts are always different incorporating gymnastics, cardio, weightlifting, and plyometrics.

Coaching allows me to share my love and knowledge with anyone who comes in the door.  I love working out with people from all walks of life.  I love coaching everybody!  I enjoy coaching those new to working out, with little experience.  On the flip side, I love working with seasoned athletes who are working on a specific skill or training for an event.  It's exciting to be a part of their progress.
