Molly T.

I began my CrossFit journey in 2011 at Easthampton CrossFit, where I discovered an amazing community centered around self-discovery, self-improvement, and fun. I quickly fell in love with the challenge of building and testing my capabilities, increasing my strength and stamina, and doing all of this with a supportive, non-judgmental group of people. I was involved in sports growing up (gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse) and strength and conditioning, yet never felt truly comfortable in a typical gym environment until CrossFit helped to build my confidence and sense of belonging. CrossFit helped improve my running (and I even like it a bit) and I'm proud to have completed a half marathon and several 5Ks. I competed in several CrossFit events/competitions as an individual, duo, and team, and trained in Barbell Clubs to compete and medal in Olympic lifting meets (such a fun experience!).

I obtained my Level 1 certification in 2013 and began coaching to support others with their unique journeys of improving strength, performance, health, motivation, and confidence. There's nothing better than seeing someone crush a goal, hit a new PR, learn a new skill, or increase their confidence! I went on to obtain my Gymnastics cert and then my Level 2. I coached at several local CrossFit gyms from 2013-2020 (Easthampton CrossFit, CrossFit Stronger than Yesterday, Pioneer Valley CrossFit). After several years of working out at my home gym, I'm excited to join this great community at Evolved CrossFit. I am a licensed clinical social worker by training and work full-time as a Behavioral Health Manager at a non-profit health insurance company. I live in Easthampton with my partner and fur babies (2 dogs & 2 cats)
